Appreciated it during our quite comfortable stay. The location was good, at a short distance from Hinton Golf Club. You could walk to shopping centres and a bakery. The staff was very courteous, welcoming. The breakfast was hot, had delicious meals.

The front desk was very helpful in handling our reservations and questions re: local services eg. Restaurants. We would like you to thank Ms D. Holowenko and Ms J. Miras for their assistance.
The bed linen was clean but the mattress was not very comfortable.

The hotel staff was very courteous. I liked that ute, at registration, helped guide us from the freeway to the hotel. We stayed 2 nights and the maid service cleaned the room nicely.
I did not like that my hotel key did not open the parking gate, even after having it re-run. I did not like that my hotel key did not open the outside access into the hotel; it meant my family had to walk 3 flight of stairs to the lobby to catch the elevator to my 5th floor room. I did not like that a continental breakfast was not available nor was a credit available for breakfast at the restaurant next door. I did not like that my room did not include a microwave nor a refrigerator; I had to pay extra for it. Finally, I did not like that there was little toilet paper and even ran out of it. It took 2 calls to reception and 20 minutes before someone brought the tp. Without tp, my wife and I were delayed going out for the evening.

Had an excellent 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. I enjoyed cereal and hot waffles served for breakfast. - the staff was very amiable, offered to visit some nice places. - the setting was perfectly comfortable, not far from Athabasca riverfront Park, numerous restaurants including Boston Pizza and fresh bakery and coffee.

Value for money. Clean and complete rooms... Nice for travellers.. You can hookup a laptop to the internet in your room.. Bring a utp cable and you're good to go..
At the time we were there, wifi in the room was not available, only in lobby. You can make use of two computers in the lobby however, for free, if you haven't got equipment with you.
